I’m a self-taught Italian oil painter, living on the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales, U.K.
I paint primarily outdoors and from life, working directly from observation. Being immersed in a scene allows me to experience my subject fully, capturing not its expected appearance, but its essence — a composition of light, atmosphere, and mood.
I am inspired by the fleeting beauty of everyday life and the natural world: moments when sunlight dances across a landscape, or when ordinary scenes and objects are transformed by colour and shadow.
Through my work, I aim to create pieces that are uplifting and spontaneous, offering a sense of peace, joy, and quiet reflection.
